1.  Install Hooks and Rope (see Diagrams 1-3 as shown earlier)

2. Ensure that you have enough rope to thread through two pulleys – 4 times distance being lifted

3. Attach head hook to secure location, allowing rope to hang freely

4. Insert pulley hook of pulley #1 into hole at open end of Tie Boss Tie Down body (closest to Lock Tab), see Diagram 6, A)

5. Adjust tension of rope to form a hanging loop below pulley #1 by looping rope over top of pulley #1, ensuring rope slides into groove of pulley wheel. (see Diagram 6, B)

6. With pull rope in locked position , secure tail hook into hook hole
at top of pulley #2 and drop pulley #2 into hanging loop (see
Diagram 6,C)

7. Pull down on lower pulley hook, ensuring rope rests into grooves
of both pulley wheels

8. Attach weight or item to be lifted onto lower pulley hook (see
Diagram 6,D)
