Thread rope through eye of tail hook and secure with a nonslipping knot in the rope BELOW THE TAIL HOOK. TAIL HOOK SHOULD SLIDE FREELY ON ROPE ABOVE KNOT. See Tie Non-Slipping Knot instructions.
